The Supreme Court is scheduled to conduct three days of hearings on various aspects of health care reform beginning on Monday, March 26th.  Audio recordings and transcripts from the hearings will be made available.  If interested in these recordings or transcripts, they are scheduled to be released around 2pm on each of the three days of hearings at www.supremecourt.gov

The hearing schedule looks like this:

  • March 26th - arguments on whether the Anti-Injunction Act bars the court from taking up the issue of the constitutionality of the individual mandate until 2014 when it's slated to occur
  • March 27th - arguments on whether the mandate is constitutional
  • March 28th - arguments on whether the remainder of the health care reform law can stand if the individual mandate is struck down

Final rulings from the Supreme Court are expected by the end of June 2012.
